KIKORUA - explores the theme of double/twofold/double vision/descent through more than one line of ancestry. The focus for this collection are on the innovation of the designs and follow our design process of creating earrings that are often multi-use. The double poutama (porourangi poutama) is a dominant motif in this collection to depict the attainment of knowledge and genealogy. Another dominant motif are double linking and multi-construction. The colour range in this drop are a mix of deco, old school retro and high contrast 80s bright. A playful summer collection.
